I placed an order and made the payment at 9:30PM. It’s 9:37PM and the order status hasn’t changed. When will the order status change?
Thanks for your order & payment. Payment verification is a manual process. Kindly allow 24-48 hours for us to verify your transaction. It might take longer over weekends.
I forgot to mention the Order ID in the comments section on the UPI App while making the payment. Will my order be processed?
Absolutely! Simply reply to the Order Email you received with the payment screenshot and we will process your order.
I am unable to the see my order in the ‘Order History’ page. Why is that?
Sometimes there are server issues with the domain servers so orders may not show up. Please don’t worry as any order placed on our store can be found in your email history.
It’s been X days and my order hasn’t shipped yet. When can I expect my order to ship?
Please allow a handling time of up to 5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after placing your order. It might take longer over weekends/public holidays.
I received a tracking number for my order but upon checking with the courier’s tracking website it says the shipment is Not Picked Up/Cancelled/Rescheduled For Pickup. When can I expect my shipment to be picked up?
Receiving a tracking number indicates that your order has been processed by our Administrative team and is now handed over to our Warehouse team for fulfilling the order. Shipments are dispatched every Tuesday, Friday or Saturday. If it skips a batch, it will get dispatched in the next batch. We appreciate your patience on this matter.
