At the moment, we do not support offline purchases nor do we have a physical store.

If the desired product is out of stock, please check again in a few weeks. 95% of our products are sourced from around the world and with the current restrictions and checks on import it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to get you certain products. With that being said, we are willing to do WHATEVER it takes to get you XYZ. Just be patient with us and have faith.
I ordered seeds/herbs/spores/extracts from your store but did not get the desired outcome. Will I get a refund?
First of all we're sorry to hear about your case and know what it feels like to fail. But we also expect you to be resilient in your efforts, understand that we sell complex products and sometimes you have to read in between the lines that which is not said. Our products are catered towards individuals who persist in their DIY efforts and realize that failure is a stepping stone towards success and deeper understanding. So keep at it and we wish you all the best.

I am looking to order XYZ product. Can you provide more details on how to use/grow/consume etc?
While we would love to help you in your journey, we just don't have the resources currently to do so. We're just resellers of XYZ in the Indian market. For all of our products a simple Google/Youtube search will yield tonnes of help for you. You can also refer to our product listing page for further information.

What sort of payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payments via Paytm, PayU, InstaMojo and Paypal.
We also have the option of bank transfer.
Do you accept Bitcoin?
Yes on a case to case we can consider Bitcoin payment.
Do you have the option for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No.
I have made the payment but I have got no confirmation from your end. Why?
Once the amount gets debited there is no actual confirmation sent but rest assured we have received the payment and are working to ship your order out.
How long does it take for me to get my refund?
Should happen instantly once the order is cancelled but if it doesn't please share your bank details and we will refund your entire amount.
Can I meet you and pay in cash?

Shipping & Delivery
I have purchased XYZ and made the payment. When can I expect it to arrive at my doorstep?
Depending on your location, deliveries can take anywhere from 1 day to a week.
Its been more than X days and I haven't received my shipment. When can I expect it?
Please be patient as deliveries can take slightly longer in some cases. If you don't receive your shipment in TWO weeks, please reach out to us and we will check on how we can reach a resolution either via re-ship or refund.
Which courier companies do you work with?
Currently, we've successfully sent packages via Delhivery. For international shipments we use IndiaPost.
Do you have the option to expedite my delivery?
No.
